“Rupa Health, under CEO Tara Viswanathan and co-founder Rosa Hamalainen’s leadership and vision, has become the preeminent site where practitioners streamline their labs and lab ordering workflows,” said Kyle Braatz, co-founder and CEO, Fullscript. “This combination represents a significant step forward to achieving our collective goal. Together, we will offer the most comprehensive clinical platform where all practitioners – from integrative medicine specialists to traditional physicians – have the infrastructure, information and decision-support tools needed to practice whole person medicine.”

“Fullscript and Rupa are two companies entirely committed to bringing a new model of healthcare to the world,” said Tara Viswanathan, co-founder and CEO, Rupa Health. “We couldn’t be more excited to join forces with Fullscript and drive real change for the millions of patients and practitioners who want better options for their health. Whole person care is the future, and this is just the beginning.”

Launched in 2020, Rupa Health’s platform modernizes the logistics of lab work by integrating test ordering, results management, and patient communication for clinics across the United States. This makes it easier for healthcare providers to access a wide range of diagnostic tools and deliver more personalized care. Today, the company serves tens of thousands of clinics. In addition, the company’s educational platform, Rupa University, has educated tens of thousands of practitioners in personalized, whole person care via their courses taught by top industry experts.

Earlier this year, Fullscript launched its Fullscript Labs offering in beta, which provides an efficient labs workflow and seamless patient experience. In combination with Fullscript’s treatment planning tools for supplementation, wellness products and lifestyle interventions, practitioners can easily gather, analyze, and action data to improve health outcomes over time – on a single platform.

“With Rupa Health’s expertise in lab management combined with Fullscript’s platform for dispensing supplements and managing whole person care, we are bridging the gap between diagnostics and supplementation, ultimately driving better outcomes for patients across a wide range of care specialties and conditions,” said Jeff Gladd, MD, chief medical officer, Fullscript. “By simplifying lab workflows and improving access to education and critical diagnostic insights, we are empowering practitioners to deliver more personalized, evidence-based care for their patients.”
